Refund policy

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who are found to be in violation of these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period and satisfy all of the conditions stated below.

  • To be eligible for a refund with respect to your enrollment in a webinar, class, course, mini-course, micro-course (“Course”), you shall submit a request pursuant to this Policy within 48 hours after your payment, provided that you have viewed or completed no more than 25 percent of the said Course. To request a refund or to ask a question regarding the Refund Policy, please email Support at info@inceptive.org.
  • If a refund is approved, Inceptive will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access to the said Course(s) for which a refund is approved.
  • If Inceptive determines that you have violated our Terms of Use, or otherwise abused our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without any liability to you.
  • Coupon codes and other course entitlements are subject to expiration and any other conditions stated at the time of purchase.
